starry eyes and glitter fingertips. me and brother bear munched through cadbury chunks whilst hypnotised by peter pan and wrapping mamma and papa's presents. i cannot wrap too well though and all the string looks as though a four year old had tied it, squinting with concentration. but i did try awfully hard. teddy, babar and captain bee and i all opened up our presents and we all had such lovely gifts- earrings and necklaces and strawberry laces and perfumes and bracelets and pictures. and giggles. and lots of chocolate pennies.
i keep marching around to little drummer boy. i would ever so like to be the little drummer boy. papa keeps pretending to be nat king cole and i am his happy christmas tree and we dance around like i am still a tiny girl.
oooh only three days left. grandmamma's mince pies and christmas elves.*
