strawberry bon-bons, chocolate coated rice crispies and glitter. today my mamma threw me a little party with my family. grandpoppy and grandmamma, lottie and my soldier. my darling family. and my captain bee with eyelashes like spiders legs, spindly and magic. and my babar just like snow white with eyes that sparkle like stardust. and my teddy darling with her cheeks flushed pink like pretty dolls. tomorrow is my birthday and i would like very much to make clothes. i dreamt of sailors last night and powder blue clouds and mamma's cupcakes and spinning in striped dresses, catching sparkles and wishes in my eyes.
